You may not have travelled to the UK for treatment before, or you may not have travelled to a particular hospital.   You will find brief details about each hospital, however if you would like further information about what to do before you travel to hospital, what to take, the facilities, nearby accommodation etc please contact Health Information  office on 01481 707470, or 725241 ext 4054 where we can arrange to send you an Information Pack for the specific Hospital or Treatment Centre you are visiting. 

Please choose the first letter of the hospital from the alphabetical list on the left. 

The Social Security Department will pay for the patient to travel off-Island for treatment.  They can be contacted on 01481 732510.  Please go to the Frequently Asked Questions section on this site if you have a query about your relatives travel.

Travel Solutions  are contracted by the Social Security Department to book patients travel to the UK.  They can also assist your relatives with their travel requirements.  They can be contacted on 01481 737898.
